I’ve been a lover of all things carbs: bread, pasta, pizza, EVERYTHING!! Me and husband were blessed to be able to vacation in Rome in 2018 and it reinvigorated my love for great tasting pizza and pasta. We even have days, Pizza + Pints on Sundays and Pasta Thursdays. It may seem like a lot but having certain food on certain days takes one of several decisions off my plate and makes it easy to cook dinner.
These last few months, I’ve been experimenting with different pasta recipes and trying to make sure I cook a well rounded meal. Here are some of my fave pasta recipes.
