June 20th! My favorite day of the year (you know, besides my birthday and Christmas). Though I live in the South and we have been experiencing summer weather since April, this day feels like a rite of passage to bring all my summer dresses to the front of my closet.

In looking at my summer wardrobe, I was lacking in the dresses department. I’ve never been a big dresses person but this year, it’s just so much easier to throw on a dress and go than to try and find a bottom, top, cardigan, etc. In 2021, I’m all about making my life easier so I decided to go to the one place most people don’t think of when it comes to fashion – Walmart.

I have been a fan of Walmart since I was little. Little known fact, my entire family worked at Walmart as some point in our lives (literally my Mom, me, and my sisters worked in the same local Walmart (at different times of course). When it came to back-to-school shopping, we went to Walmart. Shopping for a Sunday dress, we went to Walmart. Looking for Christmas Day sweaters, we went to Walmart. As you can tell – Walmart was our version of a shopping mall. When it was time to refresh my closet, I decided to go with Walmart.
