5 Easy Dinner Recipes to Cook This Week
I have grown to love cooking but I’m not one of those people that like to spend hours in the kitchen. Sundays are my days where I meal prep my lunch for the week and also plan dinner recipes. I’m not a fan of meal prepping for dinner as well simply because that would require half my day in the kitchen….no bueno. Instead, I like to plan my meals and make sure my kitchen is stocked with all the ingredients needed for those dinner meals throughout the week. I like to make dinner simple but flavorful. Here a few recipes that accomplish both
Grilled Steak with Greek Corn Salad
Linguine with Shrimp Scampi
My life isn't complete if I don't have pasta at least once a week. It's up there with my love for coffee and bread...I need those to breath! My husband isn't too fond of shrimp so I some leftover rotisserie chicken from the enchiladas for his meal. I like to pair pasta with asparagus or a spinach/kale salad to make sure I get my daily servings of veggies needed.
Inside-Out Chicken Cordon Bleu
I've never had much luck with cordon bleu. I either over-cooked it and the chicken was too dry or under-cooked it and all know what under-cooked chicken looks like. When I found this recipe, I was thrilled! it had SO much flavor with a little crisp from the chicken. I like to pair this with green beans and brown rice.
I like this recipe for 3 reasons: it's easy to make, the taste is outta this world, and I mean really....how gorgeous does this look?
